I think talon holes would be hella handy.. On large choppers could be used with a front lanyard for better hand retention when going "Andy Wayne" on a car hood. On smaller knives can be used for retention in sheaths. while hanging upside down from a tree.. don't want your sidearm & knife falling out.. ya never know.
