Another heartfelt congratulations to you and your wife Jason! As a father of three I can say that my children have truly been one of the great joys of my life.

A buddy of mine who worked with me had 5 kids, 2 of his own and 3 adopted. One day I asked him how he and his wife did it. At the time I had two kids and was in awe of his ability to hold his life together with such a large family. He told me that the big transition is in going from 2 kids to 3 kids. After that, he said, you can have as many as you want.

I didn't really understand what he was saying and asked him what he meant. He said "Look, with 2 kids you play man-to-man. With 3 kids you have to switch to the zone. Once you master playing the zone you can have as many as you want".
