I find most people won't pay for good service. If there is a small store with good service they get pushed out by the Wallmarts. The only place you seem to find good service is specialty stores like knife shops etc or online. We do have a few throwbacks here in my town. I was just at a private western wear store looking at a Duster (a type of cowboy overcoat) and the service was excellent. Funny how I can't get a good motorbike coat for 600 miles but we have a great horse riding gear store right downtown. A nice duster should work just as good on a bike as a horse also The outlaw Josie Wales is on TV.
