i just got mine in the mail the other day.it worked great for about ten minuets and then stopped working.this sucks because this is a product that is long over due and i was very excited when i discovered it.mine was for a 6p.anyways i called brigade and they where great.they told me that they have had some but not many problems with these and that it seems to happen in spurts as if certain batches are bad.their sending me a pre-paid shipping label and crediting the amount to my account no questions asked.i cant say enough about brigades customer service and realy appreciated their honesty.they told me to wait a few weeks before ordering a new one to let this bad batch work its way through.the product is a great and much needed idea.for me its too early to tell if they just have some kinks to work out or if it is just a crap product.time will tell.they are made in south africa wich makes me skeptical.hope this helps. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
