No matter what anyone says . . . including you . . . military orders take precedence, as well they should.

If I may make a suggestion, perhaps it would be best for everyone's sake if you no longer project time frames for delivery of SYKCO knives to the Yard. Even with your best intentions, we all know that any time frame you provide may be pushed off indefinitely in order to fulfill your military obligations. So from now on, maybe you could simply leave it at, "they'll be here when they get here".
