I guessed $139.00 for the simple reason that, IIRC, the Yard Keeper ran $129.00 at Blade Atlanta and it's a slightly smaller knife. The offset may be the Basic handle (which, I thought had been used up on the first run of DM's, by the way). But I can't see the DMLE going for the same price as or less than a Yard Keeper. If it does, it will be quite a bargain.
