ohhh. okay. but if you do it right it will look good right? can you just bathe thw whole blae in something? will this cause the whole thing to become one different color? or will it be broken up? i want to try this on a ka-bar bowie(since its 1085 carbon) when i finally get one. does it affect the blade in performence or anything since its basically a controlled corrosion?
