I purchased a Boker Applegate/Fairbairn Fighting Knive recently and I thought it might be nice to purchase a copy of Rex Applegate's book, Kill or Get Killed, to go along with it. I found the paperback at Amazon for around $26.00, but before I bought it, I decided to conduct a Yahoo search to see if I could pick it up less expensively elsewhere.
