I completely understand. This is the first step in what I know consider maybe a keeper job for a spell. I am now at 13.50 per hour. Sadly, that is about what I would be making at my local police department. They are showing trust in my abilities and now I can demonstrate the leadership that place has been lacking. It certainly isn't any rain on my parade!
