last year in NJ it didn't snow...it like...iced (?) the ground was covored with that very hard slipper snow that froze...with the crappy (and terrible for making snow balls) powdery snow underneath.
but it was awesome for sleding and running round on people front lawns.

i love good snow...not to powdery and not to slushy.
i build an igloo every year....
we should have scrapyard igloo building contest.
