I figure any of the 'family' fixed blades would be fine but the S6 is VERY cheap for what it is and can be factory bought (coming back in sometime..). That is why it wins this one.. Given the choice of 'em all I'd take the DF generally for somewhere really remote and the S6 for off-road driving (handier in a cab situation!) or less wild areas.
