Why does the yard wait until they ship to charge your card? I just assumed that it happened when I put in my order.Do all businesses do that or is it a yard policy?


I'm not sure if it's a fed or state law but in some places it's not legal to charge a CC until the order has shipped. Most Reputable business adhere to this policy as a matter of fact law or not.
