It makes good sense to treat people with respect so long as they don't see kindness as weakness. Inmates are very good at improvised weapons. I learned how to roll up a newspaper ,fold it in half and the bump on the end is as hard as oak.
The arayan brotherhood are considered to be the best group of hand to hand fighters including Delta Force or Seals. I am glad I don't have to work in the prisons around here as TB is a huge problem and unlike Hep or Aids is airborne.
