As I understand it, the CF is somehow bonded to the blade steel. Is this the case? Do you know what the advantage is, other than weight reduction? Dan Koster has a CF/steel fixed blade in the developmental stages and it looks like it might make a good EDC. Who knows, Warren Thomas and Dan Koster may be on to something. I remember when Glocks came out, everyone thought a plastic pistol was crazy. Now they're everywhere, including my holster. Mr. Bill Old guys just know stuff! and, Old guys just have old stuff!
