It looks bad but I think you are going to be OK. I have seen lots of 4X4's come back from this. Even if the worst happened and you got water in your intake you may be able to do like 6 oil changes and get enough water out so that you can run it. You probaly shut it off in time anyway though. Unless the engine was running and sucking water in it you were not deep enough to get in the engine.
