I think the real question is, Why not a smachet? I would think it would out-preform the CGDF simply by virtue of its mass and size (the Smachet is 4-5 inches across giving you a lot more steel. That and it would be cool to have the vintage-ness of a classic WW2 pattern in the Scrapyard line up.
