TT, this wasn't a "normal" situation. For whatever reason (probably usage oevrload) the ordering part of the website had a meltdown. Most organizations (mine included) because of the cost are set up to deal with "normal usage". The ordering part of the Scrap Yard website is currently down. I assume they are correcting the problem.
Normally you would get a "order confirmation email" and be able to check the status of your order on the website. Status usually shows "new", "Billed" or "Shipped".
Dan and Patti have always tried to make things right. I wish I could say that for everyone I've ordered something from on the internet. Give them a few days to correct the problems and lets see how things work out.
