I know this thread has probably been done before in one shape or another but we are all constantly buying new knives and so changing our views.
So the question is...If for some strange reason you had to get rid of all your knives except one and this one had to be your sole knife for the rest of your life, which one would you keep ?
Mine would be my SRKW Ratmandu, I just find the size and dimensions perfect as a mid sized knife and it's the only blade I have owned where I have yet to have anything I'd like to change about the knife !!!
