While I still need a SS4 (will never get one unless Dan makes more....have you seen the price of those on the aftermarket..) and wouldn't mind getting a second Dog Father a new knife would be GREAT!!
I have not followed the prices for SS$'s within the last 2 months or so, but I purchased mine in the secondary market which is something I usually don't do and I am glad I did. I figured that I have picked up so many great deals from the Yard that paying a premium for a blade that I really wanted was not a bad deal in the big picture.
I don't purchase many blades in the secondary market thanks to hanging on the forum alot, but I don't regret my SS4 purchase one bit. It's a great knife. If you are after one, I wish you the best bro. If I spot any deals, I will pm you. If I had an extra one, I would let you know.
