This is my first purchase and I have not yet received my DF. I received an order confirmation on 2/14 and my credit card has been charged. Still no DF. I have sent 4 emails and no one has responded back to me. This is the way customers are treated here or is it just me? I contacted another member and he received his DF within 7 days. Any advice on how I can have someone in customer service contact me? I still want my DF and do not want to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge since I've gotten nothing yet.

First, welcome to the Yard. You have some good advice so far. Contact Patti as suggested and she will get everything worked out. Remember that SY is a relatively small opertaion and is currently going through a move from one state to another so I imagine even things that seem simple to us as customers are not so simple on the inside. I know you may be worried a bit, but you will not get ripped off. I have seen nothing but the best of efforts from this company.
