Thanks Tom -- I hope everyone receives their orders soon. Some people claim to savor anticipation, but for me (and I don't think I'm alone), waiting is just frustrating.

Jeff, as I edited my last post to note, signature was required so hopefully you'll have somebody available to sign for the package on Tuesday. Eric and I both effectively live in suburbs of Louisville; that's why mine arrived so quickly, they just had to make a local trip across the river.
