You have to drill out the end of flared tubes to remove the scales. To install requires new tubes and a hydraulic press. Alternatively you could use Chicago screws or somethimg similar to reattach and have that old school Busse look. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
