This is true after that nicotine is gone and it is all mental. I dipped Kodiak for 16 years and have been off all Nicotine now for 4 years. If you are trying to quit you definately have to want it. I got by on the fake stuff called bac off I think for about a week and then I started chewing peppermints. They got me my first cavities of my life though so I can't recommend them. Use sugar free candy.

I still wake up about once a month having dreamed that I started dipping again. I am mad at myself for a good 1/2 hr. till I wake up and realize it is a dream. Some folks can do it and stop anytime they want. Not me, I was hooked.

Best of luck brother. I had a friend that quit so I KNEW it was possible. If you are trying hopefully I can be at least one of those people for you.
