Just got my first Scrap Yard at Blade,the new Birddog. I love it so far. I am an ex butcher and the lines remind me of most upswept boning knives. Had a chance to chat with Dan and his whole crew all during the weekend. Dan,Jerry,and Eric are special people. Look forward to getting to know the crew here as I search for new knives.
