I can do a good edge but it takes weeks of hand grinding. I wish I had the guts to have at with the grinder like Vic. To do good with the grinder you have to be smooth and confident in one smooth easy motion and it is hard when you are thinking "I have 300$ worth of knife I am grinding on".
