thats right, at long last, the DMDC has arrived! Along with my SY baseball cap (a nice touch) The knife is here in all its glory. Since I have no pants for it, I slipped it into my SOG SEAL pup sheath. So with this pristine, mint-condition knife in my hands, I did the only sensible thing: I gave it a good workout! And for those of you who have lots of knives sitting around but just can't bring yourself to use them, I've made a step-by-step guide. In this case, I'll be making a small fire for practice.

Step 1: remove knife from sheath

Step 2: Baton

Step 3: Slice

(these are from the factory edge, so its not that bad)

Step 4: Scrape

(this fine fatwood dust will burn a long time and strike very easily)

Now that you knife's hunger for action has been fed, gather the fatwood into a small pile. Place that pile on flat piece of wood, strike it, and add the flaming torch to your kindling. Now sit back with your happy knife and enjoy.
