It's not
that good! I call it the HSK. Hotel Survival Knife. It is great for slicing those annoying paper toilet protectors and if properly sanitized, for spreading marmalade on English muffins. Tough knife! Actually it is a very well made little knife. It is hand made by Rob Bayley of RWL 64 Swedish steel. It's a good little knife. Not too pricey, either.
