i wasn't trying to imply that you'd never be justified in banning. the issue that really bothers me is that we can't voice dissatisfaction. that we can't be wrong, even if justified. we'd be blamed for having high expectations of a company with a history, however short, of great products and family ties to two great companies with their own great feats.

i didn't stay long for the issue, and stopped caring early as the threads grew. still, from what i've seen, i feel zeal has been mistaken for malice. I began to care again when the threats were made.
