All of these knives performed well, Sharp. I was expecting my reprofiled Brit Golok to kick some SY and BRKT butt today. But both the BRKT and DFLE are lighter and faster handling and able to do machete work on light vegetation. The Brit Golok is just too blade heavy for that. And it did no better than the DFLE in chopping that very hard wood. The BRKT cuts like a....Bark River. It you've ever used one, you'll know what I mean. My 14 year-old daughter used the BRKT golok to cut some palmetto skewers last night for a weenie roast. She was impressed with how effortlessly it slashed. Maybe I should grind a point on it so I can stick things with it. Would that make it a tanto?

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
