The first run of the small kydex sheaths didn't quite fit right. I know a few dogs returned theirs. A lot of dogs just took a heat gun or high powered hair dryer and reformed them. I ordered one when I ordered my YKCG. It didn't fit right but it fit the DMCG (smaller Busse Basic handle) just fine. I use it for my DMCG and ordered a slick leather sheath from Rainwalker for my YKCG <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

The kydex sheaths the yard offers aren't meant to be a perfect fit slim rig <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" />. They are a very reasonably priced work horse <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />.
