This one's performance first. I took the things I found most effective in other knives and put em together in here. Rather than thicker stock for effective chopping, this thing uses forward weight distribution and a keen edge. Grab it further back for more chopping power, 'weiler style. Also has the big heavy tip for more up front, a la BK1, SarQ, and the great khukri.
The 1080 was difficult to machine. I think I may need to anneal first next time. This was the hardest thing I've had to drill since the Tram bolo.
These O1 knives are also still waiting for heat treat.
