I just wanted to publically thank Renee for going above and beyond in helping me with a little warranty issue that I had. Everytime I sent her an e-mail she got right back to me even on days when she wasn't at work! She didn't just tell me some mythical magical day or date to keep me happy or because it was what I wanted to hear, she instead asked the people who knew and once she pinned things down gave me straight answers. I for one very much appreciate that kind of customer service.
