proven performance duplicated independantly by thousands of customers isn't "hype".

They could ramp up production but that invariably leads to decreased quality control as soon as the core people cannot directly interact with the entire operation anymore. Gradual growth with maintained quality is possible becuase it gives them time to properly train everybody in the middle, and allows junior people the time they need to grow their skillsets before ascending into higher responsibility.

There is plenty of room for growth at the various pricepoints because nobody else matches price or performance of Sr-77, Sr-101, or INFI at the same pricepoint, but another thing to consider is that because the knives are virtually indestructible, the population continuously increases.
