OP Poi Dog Junk Yard Dog Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 1,419 Hawaii	Hey fellas. I've been reading some excellent posts here about how to make a convex edge on a knife. I was just wondering, what are the pros and cons (if any) of a convex edge over a beveled edge? JYD #78 Aloha hard!!
