Do you Scrooge them and make them all come back after Christmas to a Friday that everyone hates to be there or give them the extra day and make a five day weekend happen? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" />

So that,times two is 10 days off at the end of the year. Switching over to a new die and then all the heat treating and testing...30-60 days seems reasonable.
