I picked this up to replace a single action .44 that is pretty much wore out.

Oh that is righteous, Bors. I had a blued one in the 80s. No matter how far I adjusted the sight windage, it would not center. The Redhawk is a beefy frame and can handle the hottest loads. I liked mine, but just couldn't hit with it so I got a S&W 29 that shot well. I don't think that is typical of Ruger Redhawks because my buddy's Super Redhawk was a tack driver. That looks like a nice one. I hope it shoots as good as it looks. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
