As far as pants go, there are several options, from Andy Wayne's Cardboard and Duck tape sheath tutorial, to nylon (Spec-Ops with Modified liner), kydex or leather. There's actually several makers to choose from on the Forums and a few others that drop by here from time to time. There's a listing over on Bladeforums, Sheaths & Such.
