As far as how sharp your pictures look, I think they look fantastic for the camera you are using, and honestly, to get better results, you will need to upgrade to an SLR type camera. The glass in these higher end cameras will allow you to get much sharper photos.

However, keeping the ISO down at 100 made your pictures look way better!

You have a good eye for composition, and you are getting nice results.
