No new knives, but my wife gave me a Stanley Black Chrome 149 piece socket set
with 1/2, 3/8, and 1/4 drive sockets both metric and standard as well as a
reciprocating saw (much needed for the spring).
Also got a Petzl Tikka Plus headlamp and a real cool fire steel with a stag bone
handle.
For my wife's present, I got her a Maxpedition Jumbo Versipak and stuffed it with
goodies like a Mora Clipper, a SAK, the SAS survival manual, a first aid kit, a
homemade firestarter kit, compass, maps of the area, BRIGHT PINK FLUORESCENT
Survey tape, 75 feet of braided (by me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ) 550 paracord, and a few other
goodies.
