I used to have a Becker Brute YEARS ago now - well before I knew about Busse and Swamp Rat - Long before Scrap Yard existed. I really liked the blade shape of the Brute, but hated the handle and coated blade. So, I sold it.

Now, I know how to strip a blade and I could build a custom handle. The Brute's could be picked up for under $100 back then. Now they are pretty darn pricey.

I hope they bring the Brute back at a good price again. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />
