If people really only cared about the steel here, why would anyone buy anything other than Infi? It is clearly acknowledged as the best of the 3. As for me, I like the variety. I am excited to get the S5 in SR101. It will be my first blade in this steel...
I prefer the Ratmandu to the Busse BATAC. For an all-around chopper, I prefer the DFLE to my FBM. If I could get those knives in INFI, I would, but I can't and the SR101 and SR77 are still better steel than most knives have.
