hitting 1,000 is apparently just training on yard forum and it's the 10k mark that you are getting ready for.
It would be cool if they changed the heading at that point to something else like "mega dog" or "ultra dog", you know, something relating to the insane amount of posting <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />
