i find it interesting that the law is pointed directly toward imports. China's growth is all about exporting. 40% of their GDP is exports. to put it into scope, around 15% of the US's GDP is exports, if i recall correctly.

I hate to admit it, but their dictators are succeeding. india's in the same position for growth, but democracy moves slower than dictatorships. no one can just say "do it."
