the DM has been brought back a lot and I remember some dogs were almost sick of them.

and honestly something like a DMLE or something is a LOT different than the DMCG.

and once again, (I've said it before) i would NOT call the DM (the DMCG to be more specific) versatile.
not saying it doesn't perform... but that it IS suited to prying and busting through stuff... not more general cutting tasks that other knives (or even other DM variations) can do.
now I've never used one myself, I'll be honest... but i don't need to, to know that it's not going to suit any of my needs better than a knife similar to an s5 or something.

now for you it may suit YOUR needs... whatever they may be,
but I would say you are a minority on that one.
