By allowing comparisons, then they do run the risk of their knife coming
out second best. In fact, I've seen a couple of threads where that did
happen.

I actually have more respect for the company when that happens. It shows me
two things about them. First, that they value the people who buy their knives
and second, that they are honest about the claims that they make for their
products.
