That's how I carry, but I am a lefty. Pistol on the left, small fixed blade on the right right behind spare magazine. Been doing that for years, it works well.
Makes sense. I am surprised that I haven't gotten the reguest for a left handed knife...it pops up every so often <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
