I'm deciding what to do, BBQ-wise. I prefer to slow-smoke, so I might do some pork shoulder, but that means getting up at 6 am to start cooking. Not sure I want to get up that early on a holiday weekend <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I could do ribs - I usually only cook those for 4-6 hours.

Or some steaks if I'm feeling lazy.
