WOW, thank you very much for that through reply. Looks like you took a lot of your time on that one and for that I am grateful. I think that you may have talked me into trying out one of the Hennesseys. Since I might as well try to keep price and weight down, I think I will do what you say and start with the backpacker. If I like it, great (don't know what I am missing:) ) but if not, maybe I'll see what you think of my gripes. Anyway, thank again very much for your thoughtful response and I'll let you know what I find.
