I paid over $40 for my Spec Ops sheath (6" Combat Master). If they're going for $28.00 that's a good price.

You might need to heat and shape the kydex insert, though. I think it's made for a thicker knife. I bought mine for my BATAC, and I had to take the insert out, heat it with a hair dryer, and bend it a little more, squeeze it together, etc. That will make sense when you take it out and see it... it's bent in the middle, which is how it holds on to the blade.
