For those who understand how well the RMD's handle fits and feels, imagine how great the SAR5 would be with some size and weight reduced from the SAR5's handle.

I think comparing the HRLM vs. the SAR5 is VERY intersting as well. Again, notice the difference a choil makes.

SAR5…………………………. = 11.0 ounces; mine 0.200” (stated .1875”), 5.0” blade; 10.0” oal

Ratmandu (G10).........= 11.0 ounces; .189" thick; 5.3125" blade; 10.5" oal
Ratmandu (micarta)....= 10.0 ounces; .189" thick; 5.3125" blade; 10.5" oal
